THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON
11.01.2023, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 W.P.(C)No.7910 of 2015
                                    2

                             JUDGMENT

Dated this the 11th day of January, 2023

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the

following relief:

"(i) issue a writ of mandamus or other writ order or direction directing the respondents to open the bids submitted in pursuance of Exhibit.P1 tender and Exhibti.P5 tender and declare the successful bidder and award the tender in the interest of justice."

2. The subject issue relates to a tender invited by the

Kerala State Road Transport Corporation on 18.01.2014. The

writ petition was pending before this court without even being

admitted from the year 2015. However, since the tender is of

the year 2014, I do not think anything survives to be adjudicated

in this writ petition after a period of seven years especially when

there was no interim order granted by this court as is sought for

by the petitioner in the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
