          MULAMALA ESTATE, NEDUMKUNNAM VILLAGE AND POST, CHANGANASSERY TALUK,
          KOTTAYAM DISTRICT, PIN 686101.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of Judgment and Decree dated 23/1/2019 in O.S.No.107 of 2011 on the file
   of the Court of Subordinate Judge of Hosdurg, pending disposal of this
   Appeal.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 30/11/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.MATHEW
   SEBASTIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of SRI.S.VINOD BHAT,
   SMT.ANAGHA LAKSHMY RAMAN, Advocates for the respondent, the court passed
