                             JUDGMENT

Dated this the 11th day of January, 2023

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking the

following relief:

"(i) To issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to evict the petitioners, who are doing their respective business in small push carts near K.S.R.T.C. Bus Stand and Kottarakkara - Chengannur M.C. Road in front of Kunthala Buildings situated at Ward No.17 of Adoor Municipality."

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel

for the petitioners submitted that the subject matter of the

writ petition has become infructuous.

Placing on record the above submission, the writ petition

is dismissed as infructuous.
