                         JUDGMENT

The above Writ Petition is filed with the following

prayers:

"(i) to call for the records leading to passing of Exhibit P9 order and quash the same as illegal and not the disposal as directed by this Hon'ble Court.

(ii) to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct an inquiry into the alleged illegal appointment of Mr. Ratheesh Kumar, and if such appointment is found to be illegal, the consequential action may be ordered against the erring official respondents.

(iii) to issue such other appropriate writ or order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit on the facts and circumstances of the case."[SIC]

2. The main prayer in this writ petition is to issue

appropriate direction to conduct an inquiry into the

alleged illegal appointment in the School. This writ

petition is pending before this Court from 2013 onwards. WP(C) NO. 3955 OF 2013

There is no interim order passed in this case. Probably

the prayers in this writ petition might have been

infructuous. If there is any surviving grievance to the

petitioner, the petitioner is free to approach the

competent authority among the respondents.

With the above observation, this writ petition is

closed.
