        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the direction
   to hand over minor child to the parent and the sister of the respondent in
   judgment in O.P.(G&W) No.766 of 2022 of the Family Court, Pathanamthitta,
   Mavelikara, dated 19.10.2022, during the pendency of the above appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 07/11/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.S.HARIKUMAR
   and P.B.SAHASRANAMAN Advocates for the applicant, the court passed the
