THIS REVIEW PETITION HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON
06.01.2023, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 RP NO. 1297 OF 2022
                                        2

                               O R D E R

This petition, seeking review of the

judgment dated 16.06.2022, has been impelled

on the assertion that this Court had not

ordered compensation to the petitioner in the

nature of penal interest.

2. I am afraid that this is not a ground

that can be projected in a Review Petition

because, when the judgment was delivered, such

a plea had not been raised.

In any event, if the petitioner has a

claim for interest, then he must invoke

appropriate remedies before the competent

Forum for the same; for which purpose, I leave

open all contentions in that regard.

This review petition is thus closed.
