                             JUDGMENT

When the case is taken up today, the Standing Counsel for the

respondent submits that the writ petitioner has not mentioned about

certain other proceedings which had been initiated earlier. The

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had not

informed about these aspects and that is the reason why the writ

petition came to be filed.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed

without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to challenge the

demand in appropriate proceedings.
