                            JUDGMENT

Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for respondents.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the

respondents to assess and receive land tax for the petitioner's

property as per re-survey records and also direct the 2 nd respondent

to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 application. The petitioner has

preferred Ext.P4 application seeking the relief to assess and receive

land tax.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of

directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4

application after hearing the petitioner and after considering

Exts.P2 and P3 and such other documents that may be placed

before him at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
