        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree in O.S. No. 178/2017 dated
   22.07.2018 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Thrissur, pending final
   disposal of the above Regular First Appeal.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 9/12/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NAGARAJ
   NARAYANAN, SAIJO HASSAN, BENOJ C AUGUSTIN, RAFEEK. V.K., AATHIRA SUNNY,
