     Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to

     1.direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the
petitioner as Sanakrit teacher in Thodiyoor U.P.School Kallelibhagam
P.O.,Karunagapally from 2019-20 onwards by sanctioning the new post.

     2.direct the respondents to disburse salary to the petitioner from
this month onwards, provisionally pending this Writ Petition.

     This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's judgment dated
10-06-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S N.ANIL KUMAR,
