The prayer made in the writ petition is for an early disposal of

S.M.No.2609/2022 pending before the 1 st respondent.

In view of the directions which have already been issued by

this Court in WP(C) No.28398 of 2017 and WP(C) No.17012 of

2022, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1 st respondent

to take up S.M.No.2609/2022 and dispose of the same within 24

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
