                                JUDGMENT

Dated this the 17th day of January, 2023

This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:

"(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order directing the 3rd respondent to relieve the petitioner forthwith."

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the

learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that

though Ext.P2 order of transfer has been issued, the petitioner is not

being relieved from the present station.

4. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents

submits that the post held by the petitioner being a Cashier, the

petitioner will be relieved as and when a substitute joins duty.

In the above view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of

with a direction that the petitioner will be relieved in pursuance to

Ext.P2, at the earliest, on the substitute joining duty, at any rate, within WP(C) NO. 341 OF 2023

a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
