          VAIKATHOOR P.O., VALANCHERY, TIRUR TALUK, MALAPPURAM DISTRICT -

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein, the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the execution of sentence in S.T.No.
   245/2018 on the files of JFCM-I Tirur which is confirmed in the judgment
   in Crl.Appeal No.59/2020 on the files of Additional Sessions Judge-III
   Manjeri till the disposal of the revision and enlarge the revision
   petitioner on bail.

        This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of VARGHESE C.KURIAKOSE, ALBIN A. JOSEPH,
   Advocates for the petitioners, and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the first
   respondent, the Court passed the following:

                                                 ORDER

Execution of sentence imposed on the second petitioner is suspended on condition of the second petitioner executing a bond for Rs.50,000 (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two solvent sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
