   passed by the Sub Court, Tirur pending disposal of this revision petition.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 25-11-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JAMSHEED
