        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the conviction and sentence passed
   through judgment dtd 15.07.2022 in Criminal Appeal No. 99/2020 of the
   Additional District and Sessions Judge's Court, Muvattupuzha from judgment
   dtd 31.01.2020 in C.C No. 98 of 2017 of the Judicial First Class
   Magistrate's Court - I, Muvattupuzha pending disposal of the Criminal
   Revision Petition in the interests of justice.
        This Application coming on for admission upon perusing the
   application and upon hearing the arguments of GEORGE MATHEW, PRAVEEN S.,
   M.D.SASIKUMARAN, SUNIL KUMAR A.G, DIPU JAMES, MATHEW K.T., GEORGE K.V.,
   STEPHY K REGI, ADARSH KURIAN, Advocates for the petitioners and Public
   Prosecutor for the First respondent and of SRI. DOMSON J VATTAKUZHY,
   Advocate for the second respondent, the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Admit.

Learned Public Prosecutor takes notice for the Ist respondent. Adv. Sri.Domson J Vattakuzhy takes notice for R2.

Call for LCR

Execution of the sentence imposed on the petitioner shall be suspended on condition of the petitioner executing a bond for Rs. 1 lakh with two solvent sureties for the like amount and depositing 25% of the cheque amount within one month.
