      Review Petition praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the RP the High Court be pleased to stay
   the operation of the judgment dated 08-04-2021 in writ petition(civil) No.
   100 of 2021, pending disposal of the above review petition, in the
   interest of jusitce.

          This review petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of RP and this Court's order
   dated 24-02-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SHRI.E.K.NANDAKUMAR,
   SENIOR ADVOCATE along with M/S M.GOPIKRISHNAN NAMBIAR, K.JOHN MATHAI,

   RP/petitioners    in     WP(C), GOVERNMENT PLEADER for respondent No.4 in
   RP/ADDL. R3 in WP(C), the Court passed the following:-
