        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the
   implementation of the judgment of the Court of the Subordinate Judge,
   Irinjalakuda in O.S.104 of 2007 dated 28.02.2023, pending disposal of the
   above appeal .

        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated
