        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all the proceedings in EP No. 29/2013 in O.S No. 178/2011, including the
   auction and sale of the attached landed property therein pending disposal
   of the Memorandum of Original Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   5.12.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.MOHAMED SABAH &
   SAIPOOJA, Advocates for the petitioner and of Sri. SHIBU VARGHESE,
   Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the following:
