ORDER
This Crl.M.C. is filed challenging the order in CMP No.
1291/2022 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate
Court-II, Kasaragod arising from Crime No. 693/2022 of
Manjeshwaram Police Station, Kasaragod. This Court in a
similar situation passed an order dated 26.09.2023 in Crl.M.C
No. 5034/2023 and the same is confirmed by the Apex Court in
SLP No. 16409/2023. If that is the case, nothing survives in this
case.
Therefore, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed.
