        OP (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P2 order passed by Sub Court,
   Chavakkad in EA No.162/2021 in EP No.52/2020 in OS No.659/2013, pending
   final disposal of the above Original Petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   15.11.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.B.GANGESH & SMITHA
   CHATHANARAMBATH, Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the
