                                    JUDGMENT

The petitioner claims promotion from the post of daily worker

to that of casual employee. The petitioner submits that Ext.P9

representation in this regard is pending before the 1 st respondent

and seeks for a direction to the 1st respondent for expeditious

disposal of the same, taking into consideration Ext.P10

proceedings.

2. Heard the learned Senior Government Pleader also, who

submits that a decision on Ext.P9 will be taken without much delay.

Therefore, the above writ petition disposed of with a direction

to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P9 representation, taking into

consideration Ext.P10 proceedings and take a final decision in the

matter within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt

of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of being

heard to the petitioner and the petitioners in Ext. P9 request.
