        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment dated 09.12.2022 in
   AS.No.20 of 2021 in the Court of Additional District Judge, Thodupuzha
   till the disposal of the Regular Second Appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 14.11.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.NARENDRA
   KUMAR, B.RAJESH (KOTTAYAM), HARSHADEV M., Advocates for the petitioner and
