Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

2. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P3 application in Form VI

under the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008

before the respondent and seeks early disposal of the same.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed

of directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3

application, at the earliest, at any rate, within three months from the

date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
