                                JUDGMENT

Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has preferred Form VI application under the

Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008 before the

3rd respondent and the same was rejected as per Ext.P1. Against

Ext.P1, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the 2 nd respondent,

which was also rejected as per Ext.P5 order. Aggrieved by the same,

the petitioner has filed Ext.P6 revision petition before the 1 st

respondent and seeks early disposal of the same.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed

of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6

revision after hearing the petitioner at the earliest, at any rate, within

three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
