        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the entire
   proceedings in EP No.3/2015 in LAR No.4/2013 on the files of the District
   Court, Kavaratti, U.T of Lakshadweep, till the disposal of the above
   Revision Petition.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 20.01.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.JOBY JACOB
