        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No. 45/2018 in O.S No. 39/2017 of Munsiff
   Court, Ettumanoor, pending disposal of the original petition.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   16.8.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S E.N.VISHNU NAMBOODIRI,
   P.SANKARAN NAMPOOTHIRI, NARAYANAN P POTTY & M.K.SASEENDRAN (MELEL),
   Advocates for the petitioner and of SRI.NIRMAL V.NAIR, Advocate for R1,
   SRI.SURIN GEORGE IPE, Advocate for R2, the court passed the following:

                                        O R D E R

Sri.Nirmal V.Nair enters appearance for the first respondent. He prays for time to file counter affidavit.

Sri.Surin George Ipe enters appearance for the seond respondent.

After perusing the communication of the learned Munsiff, I am satisfied that the interim order dated 09.08.2023 has to be extended. Hence, the interim order dated 09.8.2023 is extended by one month.
