          AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT BANK LTD E-326, PALARIVATTOM, KOCHI - 682025.


        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the respondent bank to regularize the debt amount in
   installments.


        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S. DILISH JOHN, RESHMA MOHAN & AMBADI KANNAN, Advocates for the
   petitioner, the court passed the following:

                                           ORDER

In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing

for the respondent that the husband of the petitioner had earlier filed

W.P.(C).No.9213/2023 which has been disposed of by judgment dated

17.03.2023, I am not inclined to admit this writ petition.
