                        JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with the

following prayers:

"i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order directing the respondent to consider and pass final orders on Ext.P5 representation with notice and opportunity of hearing the petitioner forthwith or within such time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order directing the respondent to activate the SB Account of the petitioner maintained in the respondent bank or provide a valid reason for blocking the same forthwith.

iii) To grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the interest of justice, including costs.

iv) To dispense the above writ petition along with English translation of the Malayalam documents."[SIC]

2. When this writ petition came up for

consideration, the counsel appearing for the

petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be

satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondent

to consider Ext.P5, within a time frame.

3. Heard the learned Standing counsel

appearing for the respondent also.

4. After hearing both sides, I think the

prayer of the petitioner can be allowed.

Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with

the following directions:

i. The respondent is directed to consider WP(C) NO.28282 OF 2023

and pass appropriate orders in Ext.P5, after

giving an opportunity of hearing to the

petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any

rate, within a period of one month from the

date of receipt of a certified copy of this

judgment.

ii. Petitioner will produce a certified copy

of this judgment along with a copy of this writ

petition before the respondent for compliance.
