        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings of sale in Exhibit P2 in EP 225/2022 in ARC
   196/2019 pending in the court of the Munsiff- Magistrate Perinthalmanna
   pending disposal of this Original Petition (Civil).


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S SHARAN SHAHIER & RAKHY BABY, Advocates for the petitioners, the court
   passed the following:

                                 ORDER

Issue notice before admission by speed post to the

respondent returnable within 10 days.

Having considered the pleadings and materials on

record and taking note of the submission made by the

learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the

petitioners' limited relief is only to pay off the award

amount in equated monthly instalments, I am inclined

to pass a conditional interim order. Hence, I stay the

operation of Ext P2 order passed by the Court of the

Munsiff, Perinthalmanna, in E.P.No.225/2022 in

A.R.C.No.196/2019, for a period of one month, subject

to the condition that the petitioners remit an amount of

Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand only) before

the court below within 30 days from today. If the said

amount is deposited, the same shall be released to the OP(C) No.1772/2023 3/4

O.P.(C)No.1772/2023

respondent, in accordance with law.
