   RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT:

          GEORGE, AGED 23 YEARS, S/O.ANNAMMA, VANCHIPPARA HOUSE, MATTARA.P.O.,
          VAYATHOOR VILLAGE, TALIPARAMBA TALUK, KANNUR DISTRICT-670703. (AT
          THE TIME OF FILING THE APPEAL RESPONDENT WAS MINOR AND HE WAS
          REPRESENTED BY HIS MOTHER ANNAMMA, NOW HE ATTAINED MAJORITY).


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an order to
   stay the operation and all further proceedings pursuant to the impugned
   judgment dated 17/12/2021 in Mat.appeal No.309/2013 of this Honourable
   Court, during the pendency of the above Review Petition.


        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   order dated 13/07/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.THOMSTINE
   K.AUGUSTINE, ALEX THOMAS and BIJU GEORGE, Advocates for the petitioner,
   and of SRI.PHIJO PRADEESH PHILIP, Advocate for the respondent, the court
   passed the following:


                                          ORDER

The interim order will continue till 19.9.2023.
