                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 14th day of August, 2023

This writ petition is filed seeking directions to the 3rd respondent

to approve the petitioners' appointments pursuant to Exts.P1 to P3 and

to disburse the attendant benefits forthwith. It is submitted that Ext.P5

representation has been preferred by the petitioner and is pending

before the Government.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits that pursuant to orders

passed by the Government, the petitioners have been held entitled to

approval of appointments and that the proposals have been duly

forwarded along with all requisite documents. It is submitted that

some time is required for the 3rd respondent to verify the details and to

pass necessary orders according approval.

3. Having considered the contentions advanced and in view of the

fact that proposals have duly been forwarded with necessary

documents by respondents 4 and 5, there will be a direction to the 3 rd

respondent to take up the proposals and to consider and pass orders on WP(C) NO. 37219 OF 2022

the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment. The attendant benefits due shall also be

released within a period of one month thereafter. In case any further

clarifications or documents are required from respondents 4 and 5, the

same shall be duly called for by the 3rd respondent.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
