                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 7th day of August, 2023

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that

during the pendency of this writ petition, a letter has been issued

from the office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Kerala

on 19.6.2023 stating that there was an error in the fixation and

that the letter dated 28.10.2021 should be treated as cancelled.

Since the writ petition was filed challenging the

fixation of pay of the petitioner, on the basis of the said letter,

this writ petition is closed, leaving open the contentions of the

petitioner and his right to approach again in case of any

requirement.
