        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to stay the operation of the judgment dated 11.04.2023 passed by the
   Learned single Judge in W.P.(C) No.10996 of 2023, and any further steps
   following the work order issued on 27.03.2023, pending disposal of this
   Writ Appeal.
         This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders along with connected
   case on 25.04.2023 upon perusing the appeal memorandum, and this court's
   order dated 20.04.2023, the court on the same day passed the following:
                                      ORDER

In the interim order dated 13.04.2023 this court had already noticed that the work order had been issued and the work had commmenced and despite that, the awardee was restrained from further proceeding till the next posting date. Hence post this appeal on 22.5.2023.

Interim order will continue till the next posting date.
