           POST, PERINTHALMANNA TALUK, MALAPPURAM DISTRICT, PIN-679325, NOW
           RESIDING AT AMANATH KURIYENGAL KADEEJA, C/O. CHETTIYANTHODI
           KUNHIMUHAMMED, PATTIKKAD CHUNGAM POST, PATTIKKAD AMSOM DESOM,
           PERINTHALMANNA TALUK, MALAPPURAM DISTRICT.


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   and all further proceedings pursuant to the Judgment in O.P.No.473/2021 of
   Family Court, Malappuram dated, 31.3.2022, in the interests of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of MR.K.RAKESH, Advocate for the appellant, and of M/S.ALEX.M.SCARIA,
   SARITHA THOMAS, ALEN J.CHERUVIL, SAHEL ABDUL KADER and SANJITH KUMAR R.
   Advocates for the respondent, the court passed the following:

                                              ORDER

There will be an interim stay of operation of the Judgment in O.P.No.473/2021 of the Family Court, Malappuram on condition that the petitioner/appellant pays an amount of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees one lakh only) on or before 25/5/2023 to the respondent towards maintenance.
