        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
   judgment dated 02.06.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.

                                       ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Exhibit P15 application has been filed claiming the benefit of Amnesty Scheme'.

The 4th respondent shall consider the same if it is in order and grant the benefits of 'Amnesty Scheme' to the petitioner if he is otherwise entitled.
