        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue an interim direction directing the respondent, Secretary,
   Regional Transport Authority, Kannur to consider Ext.P7 application for
   temporary permit on the route Cherupuzha - Kozhikode in respect of stage
   carriage KL 13 AP 2900 and grant the same so as to continue operation,
   pending disposal of the writ petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.I.DINESH MENON Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.P.C.Chacko
   Advocate for R3, the Court passed the following:

                                          ORDER

It is brought to my notice that the issue in this writ petition is covered in favour of the petitioner by the interim order dated 12/04/2023 in WA 780/2022. Accordingly, it is ordered that the directions in the said Judgment will govern this case also.

Learned Standing Counsel for the KSRTC submits that they have moved the Hon'ble Supreme Court againt the interim order referred to above. Needless to say, the parties will be governed by any order to be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the challenge against the interim order dated 12/04/2023 in WA.780/2022.
