                                            JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to

consider and pass appropriate orders in Ext.P1 representation

preferred by the petitioner. The learned Standing Counsel for the

Bank submitted that Ext.P1 will be considered and appropriate

orders will be passed within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2 After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of

this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider

Ext.P1 representation preferred by the petitioner within a period

of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment,

after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.

With the above said direction, this writ petition is disposed
