           'SERENE', VELLARAKUNNU, KALPETTA, PIN - 673121, WAYANAD DISTRICT.


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment dated 14/09/2022 in O.P.No.967/2022 in the files of the
   Family Court, Kannur, pending disposal of the above Mat.Appeal to meet the
   ends of justice.


        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 25/01/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SHIBILI
   NAHA, A.LOWSY and NIVEA K.G., Advocates for the appellant, the court
   passed the following:


                                             ORDER

The interim order of stay which expires on 24/04/2023 stands extended by one month.
