        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the all further proceedings in EP No. 43/2021 in O.S No. 61/2017 of
   Munsiff Court, Ottapalam and to pass an ad interim order to that effect
   till the disposal of the above original petition (civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   01-12-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.SREEHARI & HAMZA A.V,
   Advocates for the petitioner and of Sri. P.JAYARAM, Advocate for the
   respondent, the court passed the following:

Mediation failed.

The interim order dted 13.10.2022 will stand extended by two months provided the petitioner has complied with the conditions in the above dated order.
