Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to stay the impugned judgment passed by the learned single judge in RP
No.1130/2022 in WPC No. 34384/2022 dated 16/02/2023 pending disposal of
the writ appeal
This Writ Appeal coming on for orders on 13/04/2023 upon perusing
the appeal memorandum, the Court on the same day passed the following.

ORDER
S.V.Bhatti, J.
The affidavit of the Deputy Law Officer filed for and on
behalf of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation is placed
on record and accepted. Para 4 reads as follows:
"4. Accordingly, it is humbly submitted that the Corporation would be able to pay One Lakh Rupees each to all eligible employees who retired from 01/01/2022 to 31/12/2022 in two monthly installments."
The stand taken in para 4 is accepted, and the first instalment
becomes payable on or before 01.06.2023, and the second
instalment is payable on or before 01.07.2023.
2. The matter since is receiving the attention of the
Division Bench; we are of the view that the time granted by the
learned Single Judge for depositing the amount with respect to
the corpus fund stands extended till 04.07.2023. The instalments WA Nos.741/2023, 611/2023, 701/2023 & 700/2023
now granted by this order shall not be understood, in any
manner, as diluting the directions issued by the learned Single
Judge. The time alone is extended for the present.
