                             JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a limited

relief. Petitioner filed an appeal under Section 28A of the Kerala

Stamp Act against the fixation of fair value in respect of his

property. The petitioner prays that the appeal may be disposed of

by the third respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this

Court.

2. The learned Senior Government Pleader has no

objection in such a direction being issued.

Accordingly, this writ petition will stand disposed of,

directing the third respondent to consider the appeal filed by the

petitioner under Section 28A of the Kerala Stamp Act, against the

fair value fixation in respect of his property within a period of

three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this

judgment and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the

petitioner.
