                                    JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a subscriber in two chitties. According to the petitioner,

in one of the chitties, five instalments were paid and in the other chitty, nine

instalments were paid.

2. It is the further submission of the petitioner that even though the

petitioner has attempted to make payment, it is not received by Kerala State

Financial Enterprises Ltd. Being aggrieved, the petitioner has submitted Ext.P1

representation dated 13.03.2023 before the Manager of Muhamma Branch of

Kerala State Financial Enterprises Ltd., and the same is pending consideration

and he seeks a direction for the disposal of the same.

After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Adv. Nidhi

Balachandran, and the learned Standing Counsel for the Kerala State Financial

Enterprises Ltd. Adv. Salil Narayanan K.A., the writ petition is disposed of

directing the Branch Manager of Kerala State Financial Enterprises Ltd. to

consider Ext.P1 at the earliest, at any rate, within three weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.
