      1. MARINA SUNNY, AGED 70 YEARS, W/O. PALLAN SUNNY, ERINJERY ANGADI,
         CHEMBUKKAVU VILLAGE, THRISSUR TALUK, PIN- 680 020.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings pursuant to the operation of the Judgment of the Rent Control
   Appellate Authority, Thrissur in RCA 20/2016 dated 29-11-2021 filed
   against the Order of Rent Control Court, Thrissur in R.C.P No. 93/2013
   dated 31-08-2015 pending disposal of the Revision Petition.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 12.08.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.K.VIPINDAS
   & K.M.MUHAMMED HUSSAIN, Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the
   following:

Interim order will stand extended by two months.
