          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the

   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the judgment

   and decree in O.S.No.346 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the

   Subordinate Judge(Addl.) of Palakkad, pending consideration of the appeal

   in the interest of justice.
