        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue an interim direction directing the respondent 1 and 2 to
   re-designated the present posts of Botany and Zoology of the petitioners
   as non vocational teacher Biology and grant them full time scale
   admissible to the post of non vocational teacher Biology w.e.f. the date
   of Ext.P6 dated 26.09.95 pending disposal of the writ petition.


        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.BINOY THOMAS & PAULSON THOMAS, Advocates for the petitioners, the
