                                                ORDER

This is an application for grant of interim bail, so as to permit the

petitioner to visit his wife, who is said to be seriously ill, etc.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor seeks short time to get

instructions regarding the genuineness and bona fides of the

abovesaid plea and also to verify the correctness of Annexure I medical

certificate.
