          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to pass an order staying the effect and implementation of the judgment and decree
   dated 24.06.2019 in OS.No.104/2015 on the files of Munsiff-Magistrate Court, Sulthanbathery,
   pending final disposal of the appeal, for the ends of justice.
          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 29.09.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.BIJU ABRAHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.ALEX.M.SCARIA, SMT.SARITHA THOMAS,
   Advocates for the respondent, the court passed the following:
                                                  ORDER

Interim order already granted is extended for two months.
