                                 JUDGMENT

This Contempt Case is filed complaining that the directives contained

in the judgment dated 17.09.2021 in W.P.(C) No. 24663 of 2019 is not

complied with.

2. However, the learned Senior Government Pleader has handed over

a memo dated 14.09.2022 along with an order dated 08.08.2022 passed by

the authority, from where I am satisfied that the directions issued by this

Court is complied with.

In that view of the matter, I do not find any reason to pursue the

Contempt Case any further. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.

sd/- SHAJI P. CHALY, JUDGE.
