        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment and decree in the counter claim dated 30/3/2022 passed in
   O.S.No.41 of 2014, on the files of the Sub Court, Payyanur, during the
   pendency of the Regular First Appeal filed herewith, in the interests of
   justice.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of SRI.P.VISWANATHAN (SR.),SRI.AJITH VISWANATHAN, SRI.SHIBU JOSEPH,
   SMT.JIJI THOMAS, SRI.SAYED MANSOOR BAFAKHY THANGAL,SRI. M.SRIRAM,
