                        ----------------------------------------
                          WP(C) No.31597 of 2022
                       -------------------------------------------
Dated this the 07th day of October, 2022

                               JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a senior citizen who seeks early disposal of

S.M No.431/2022 pending before the respondents.

This Court had already issued directions regarding disposal

of such matters in WP(C) No.28398 of 2017 and WP(C)No.17012 of

2022. I do not find any reason to take a different view.

In such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of

directing the respondents to take up S.M No. 431/2022 and

dispose the same within six months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.
